HOW TO: Get the NEW Twitter Banner/Cover Profile in Android (Step-by-Step)

Recently Twitter has updated it's users' profile design by adding a new Facebook/Google+ (btw Like me on Facebook). Similar to both of these networks now you can select a Twitter 'cover' and a profile picture. Now if you're on the web than as of now you cannot update through the website but have to do it through the official Twitter app for iOS or Android.

1. Begin by updating your app so you can add your own banner image by selecting "Me" and than tapping the settings gear icon (located below the number of tweets).
2. Tap "Edit Profile" and now you can add a picture or take an image for your banner. Note that the resolution of your banner image should be at least 1252px wide by 626px high.
3. After you have done the following your web Twitter profile will change from the traditional template to the new banner/cover style profile!
