Apple Releases: Mac OS X Lion 10.7, New MacBook Airs, And Others!

Today, July 20 2011, Apple has announced a couple of new things. The one that I'm excited for? The brand new Macintosh Operation System, Mac OS X Lion, this is what Apple calls "The World's Most Advanced Desktop Operating System," and that's just for $29.99. As that wasn't enough they also announced the new MacBook Airs, Cinema Displays, and Mac Mini's.
Now for the MacBook Air's Apple has added the thunderbolt port, and a backlit keyboard so it's easy to type in dark situations, and unlike the iMac's upgrade where the performance went down, the MacBook Air is 2.5x time faster. Now for the Mac Mini's Apple has just tore out the superdrive off the Mac which is pretty dude, because the design is exactly the same, so it wasn't needed. Now if they had a whole new design that would be different. The next thing Apple announced was the Apple Cinema Display, now Apple has changed the name of these Displays to the "Apple Thunderbolt Display." Now there is nothing special about these Displays besides the fact of the Thunderbolt technology, heist the name "Thunderbolt Display" and 3 USB Ports, and a Firewire 800 Port. And finally, Apple has STOPPED making the MacBook's. So that's what's been happening with Apple on July 20, 2011.
